HR & GA Manager Hotel
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Report and responsible to General Manager in Unit Area, and to Corporate HR & GA Manager in Head Office
- Responsible for HR duties includes full spectrum of HR Management duties : Recruitment and Termination, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relations, etc.Perform monthly payroll
- Maintain and controll staff and documents files
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to
- Etc
Requirements:
- Male / Female, 30 – 40 years old
- Min S1 Law / Psychology / HR Management / Hospitality/Hotel
- Min 3.00 GPA from reputable University
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is a must
- Familiar with MS Office program
- Having good knowledge and skill to making business agreement and good implementation in labor law or relationship with the government and others for all HR & GA matters
- Good interpersonal, coordination and reporting skills
- Good work ethics, integrity, and attitude
- Must be aggressive, analytical and have good problem solving skills
- Have good communication skillsWilling to be located at Bogor or its surroundings
