Position : Finance Manager (Property Sector)
Location : Singapore
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily finance operations of the organization
- Cash flow management and review of internal finance procedures
- Review of financial statements and consolidation of group accounts
- Payment approval and processing, budgetary planning
- Handling tax related matters and attending to audit enquiries
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance function in Property / Construction / Real Estate industry
- Strong analytical mind and number sense
- Display high level of resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to start within short notice preferred
- Singapore Citizen or PR only
