Marketing Support
Bekasi (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- The Incumbent main task is to provide secretarial support the sales and marketing team and assist in the day to day administration. Preparing data, weekly and monthly report, follow up customer enquiry, incoming correspondence and price offer. She is expecting to maintain and update client information, brochure and stock of material promotion
Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing to be stationed in Marunda Center
- Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor degree in secretarial.
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Specially as Marketing Admin in property company
- Must be proficient in English and be able to communicate in Chinese/Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin/Chinese speaking client)
- Self- motivated team player who is willing to go extra mile to achieve team targets
- Schedule flexibility is a must, willingness to work during weekends and public holidays.
