Warehouse Specialist
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Gedung TMT 2, Ground Floor Suite GF.01
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate administrative records and reports, also arranging all of warehousing documents.
- Updating administration records and reports to SCM.
- Responsible for the warehouse security.
- Support to SCM for analysis and KPI reporting in each area of responsibility, provide recommendations and actions plans for continuous improvements.
- Making sure that all goods receipts and deliveries are carried out in time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in the implementation of WMS standard and has the ability to manage 3PL logistics company.
- Detail, good planner and good communication.
- Good command of English (oral & written) & MS. Office
- Knowledge of the related SAP function
- Hard worker, good integrity & discipline
- Good self-motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team to strengthen the organization.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Full-Time and Contract position available.
